How To Hypnotize Yourself FAST - Part Two

Ok, so now you are completely relaxed and ready to reach the next level. You must have complete control of your breathing. You now have a clear state of mind that is completely calm.

You are now in a position to focus on the purpose of this hypnosis. Focus on the main goal you are trying to achieve. Is it weight loss? Is it quitting smoking?. Let’s assume it is weight loss, for this example.

What you will want to do is to associate complete negativity with overeating and binging. Start to visualize specifically about good habits and making the right choices when it comes to foods. Associate negative feelings with eating and snacking when you are not hungry. Allow time for this information to be absorbed, then very slowly, visualize about how great you feel and look, and associate only positivity about remaining healthy and eating right.

Remember, this is all going straight to your subconscious mind while the conscious mind is on “stand-by” mode. This suggestive visualization is then readily absorbed by you and the subconscious mind basically takes over at this point. The most important point to keep in mind throughout all of this is that to make lasting changes in behaviour, you must make sure that your mind is free and clear of all thought. Playing the role of the hypnotist in this case means you have to remain positive and nurturing at all times. This will ensure a productive hypnosis session and a successful outcome.

Although there is much more than this to successful hypnosis, the above is a great starting point for many people. The possibilities are endless.

How To Hypnotize Yourself FAST

It’s not as difficult to hypnotize yourself as it is to hypnotize others. This is of course assuming you are willing to be hypnotized. What is required is the proper attitude, a desire to change something about yourself, and the proper surrounding and environment. There can be no distractions when attempting hypnosis.

Step 1:
Find a quiet place free from ALL distractions.

Step 2:
Lye down in a comfortable position and close your eyes. Relax in this state for a few minutes

Step 3:
Now try and focus or concentrate on a single thought. The idea here is to be completely “lost” or engrossed in your thought. Similar to be being engrossed in a movie you like.

Can Intuition Be Learned?

Many people still believe that intuition is more of a “gift” rather than a skill or behaviour that can be learned. While it is true that a few people are indeed more intuitive than others, the notion that intuition cannot be learned, is simply false.

But why even bother developing your intuition in the first place? Intuition, in many cases, can mean the difference between life and death. For example the “gut feeling” that has prevented many people from making fatal mistakes that may have otherwise lead to their death. Or those inexplicable feelings that sometimes warn people of imminent danger.

While most examples of intuition are not so dramatic, they are nonetheless profound in many ways and often occur on a daily basis.

In my next post I will illustrate some examples of exactly how to encourage the development of greater intuition.

Binaural Beats Versus Isochronic Tones. Which Works Better For Brainwave Therapy?

You may have heard of a technology called brainwave therapy or brain entrainment, which uses pulses of sound to improve and optimize your brain chemistry. This technology has been scientifically proven in numerous studies to alter the brain’s natural function. For a long time, the main form of this technology was a method called binaural beats.

The idea behind binaural beats is simple: play two very similar tones, one into each ear, and the brain will sync up to the difference between the tones. For example, if one ear hears 500 Hz and the other ear hears 510 Hz, the listeners brainwaves will move towards 10 Hz ( this would put the brainwaves into whats called the Alpha state, a relaxed or sleepy state good for relaxation or self-hypnosis).

Recently, a new method called isochronic tones has hit the brainwave therapy scene. Isochronic tones involve a single manually spaced tone, which is turned on and off in a precise pattern to get results. This raises the question: Which works better, binaural beats or isochronic tones? The short answer: Isochronic tones.

There are several reasons for this:

-Binaural beats have much shallower waveforms than Isochronic Tones. This means that they don’t penetrate as far into the brain or have the same desired level of effect on behaviour as do Isochronic Tones.

In fact, in one study, binaural beats did not manage to beat the control (which was recorded surf sounds) at changing brain function. Due to the fact that Binaural technology requires the use of both ears, binaural beats cannot work on both hemispheres of the brain at one time. This is a disadvatage when dealing with certain types of conditions, where successful clinical results have been gained from working on both hemispheres at the same time.

Isochronic tones, on the other hand, work on the individual ears, and can affect both hemispheres of the brain at one time. Also, whereas Binaural beats require the use of headphones and/or special speakers, Isochronic tones do not. You can pop an Isochronic CD into a player, hit play, and gain the desired effects. This is an advantage for those who don’t own or prefer not to use headphones.

5 Ways You Can Become A Money Magnet and Attract Wealth Effortlessly

So you want to be a “money magnet”? do you? Would you like to know the secret to becoming a money magnet? A “money magnet” is my term for someone who just attracts money and opportunity easily and effortlessly. Yes, this type of person exists. No matter where they go or what they do, they seem to have this mystical ability to pull cash out of thin air.Theres nothing mystical about this. All money magnets share very similar traits, and if you model yourself on these traits you can become a money magnet yourself. Here are the common traits:

Trait #1: Be open to the idea of receiving money. I know this sounds overly simplistic, but it is the foundation of how to attract wealth effortlessly. People can have some very limiting ideas about money buried in the subconscious, and you are going to have to clean out some of that accumulated “mental junk” before you can magnetize yourself to cash.

Try this: Take out a sheet of paper and write down the following statement:

“If I was very rich, I would have to_______. And then write down Making Money is_____. And then fill in the blanks. Then do it again. And again.

Just keep writing whatever comes to mind. Make note of any negative statements that you write. You will have to tackle these negative statements before you can truly magnetize yourself to wealth. I will give some suggestions on how to tackle these negatives later in the article.

Trait #2: Keep a positive attitude. Not just towards the idea of making money, but try to stay upbeat and positive in general. Successful money magnets are positive even in the face of adversity. This is actually a very practical consideration: much of the money and opportunity that you will attract will come through other people. And people like to be around and please positive people (some call this the Mona Lisa effect. No one can resist a smile).

Trait #3: Have faith that money is on its way. This is not a blind faith (see the next trait), but a type of active certainty. Essentially this requires you to set aside some of the “wealth worries” that can dominate your thinking. This trait is also practical: If you are spending all your time wondering where your next paycheck is coming from, you will miss opportunities when they present themselves.

Trait #4: Have the courage to take action. This is simple: When you see what looks like a good opportunity, go forward and take action.

Trait #5: Foster your creativity. Some of the greatest money magnets in history have also been the most creative. These are the people who come up with the million dollar ideas. Granted, if you are in a mental state where you just cannot see yourself taking any of these steps to become a money magnet, you may need a bit of help in repatterning your mind. This is especially true if your subconscious is full of negative ideas about money and you find that money stress is “eating you alive”. Fortunately for you, “re-patterning yourself” to become a money magnet happens to be as easy as pushing a button. The trick is to press the right button.

Is Advanced Hypnosis Necessary To Use Law of Attraction?

It’s funny how most people are just thrilled after watching “The Secret”, or any Law of Attraction based movie, and yet they discover that to make it really work for them, they need some sort of advanced hypnosis to enable this. The truth is, that for a select few who just “get it” and are able to train the brain to change their thinking pattern on their own, such advanced hypnosis is not necessary.
However, for a majority of people whose brains have been programmed a certain way for years and years, perhaps since childhood, adopting the new mindset necessary for the positive change is just not possible without some help. This doesn’t mean some sort of extensive therapy for years and years. But it does require some positive input programming to change the way that they think. This is not as difficult as it sounds and can mean that using ‘the Secret” can almost be automatic or second nature to those who take advantage of such advanced hypnosis.

The Wrong Way to Use the Law Of Attraction

There are a lot of ways for the law of attraction to work in your life and you need not be concerned with the details of the various techniques that the experts are teaching you. What’s important is to do what you feel happiest and most comfortable with doing. What may work for thousands of people may not work for you, but that’s not to say you should give up on the law of attraction. All you need to do is look for a new direction to take.

The Art of Visualization
All things lead to Rome, and as long as it works for you, don’t worry that you’re taking an unusual path to visualization. It’s harder than most for some people to visualize things from nothing so don’t hesitate to employ other means when tackling this step.

Some people find it easier to visualize their hopes by doing so while their favorite music is being played. Others need complete silence. Those who work as writers may prefer to visualize by writing about it while others prefer to paint or draw the images on paper.

The Art of Allowing
“To see is to believe” may be the rightful phrase to follow in other situations, but when it comes to the law of attraction, what you’re being asked to do is to believe in something that you can’t see or touch…yet. Let’s say that you’re hoping to win the presidential elections next year. For the law of attraction to work, you should act as if your victory is already a done deal and all you have to worry about is what you’d wear at the inauguration ball.

The art of allowing is often viewed as the last and most difficult hurdle in your path, but rest assured that it’s something doable or else no one would have benefited from the law of attraction.

In Christianity, you might hear a pastor advising the members of their congregation to instantly claim whatever it is they want and it will come true. That is one instance where the art of allowing manifests itself. If you want something to happen, you have to completely put your mind and heart in believing that it’s already happened.

The Art of Focusing
Mind your own business. Never fall for the trap of trying to please everyone because that is impossible and more importantly, it is not something you want to devote your time worrying about. What you should focus on is what you want. If you keep on thinking about the best way of preventing someone from accomplishing a particular goal, focusing that much energy on their wants will actually end up helping rather than hindering them. Use the power of the mind.

Let’s say that you want the Chicago Bulls to win against the Los Angeles Lakers and yet the person sitting next to you wants the opposite to happen. If you focus too much on hoping that the person next to you won’t get his wish, all you’re doing is actually achieving the opposite. When you focus on something, all the law of attraction will care about is the object of your thoughts and something as inconsequential as the word “no” won’t signify. That’s why it is important to focus on entirely positive thoughts. If you want the Chicago Bulls to win, avoid thinking along the lines of “please don’t let the Los Angeles Lakers to win” but focus on the image of the Chicago Bulls scoring the game-winning goal!

The Law of Attraction At The Push Of A Button?

You have most likely heard of the Law of Attraction and it’s use as the ultimate mind power technique. The law of attraction is simply that you get what you focus on and think about. Thoughts are a form of energy and like energy attracts like energy. All forms of matter and energy are attracted to that which is of a like vibration. You receive what you put your focus and energy on, whether it’s wanted or unwanted. Focus on happiness and it’s yours. Focus on preventing unhappiness and you get unhappiness.

Your thoughts are a magnet to attract what you are thinking about.

Everything draws to itself that which is like itself.

Your mind has difficulty telling the difference between something you think about and want and something you think about and do not want. The negative, or lack of something, is a “void” concept to the mind.
The mind does not like void concepts so it interprets the void into the opposite of what you want.

While the concept of the Law of Attraction is simple and straightforward the implementation of changing your thinking can be a challenge. The power of the mind is a difficult force to tame.

Focusing on a new positive life is more than just accepting that you want it. Reaching a state of meditation where you can visualize what you want can take years of practice. Would it not be great if there was an easy way to reach that stage in minutes rather than months?

Well there is.

The brain sends out electrical impulses fired by the neurons that can be measured as brainwaves. Different levels of activity are associated with different levels of brainwaves. Your brainwave pattern looks very different when you are deeply asleep compared to when you are just dozing off.

The major brainwave states are:

Delta 0.5Hz - 4Hz Deep sleep
Theta 4Hz - 8Hz Drowsiness
Alpha 8Hz - 14Hz Relaxed but alert
Beta 14Hz - 30Hz Highly alert and focused

The Alpha state is the one that is reached during meditation. How can you reach that stage more easily? Brainwave entrainment is what your brain does naturally. If your brain is subjected to external rhythms that are the same range as its natural rhythms the brain will eventually respond to the external rhythms and begin producing similar brainwaves. This response is called Frequency Following Response.

One way you can reach the Alpha state is by listening to brainwave entrainment tapes or CDs that follow the Alpha state rhythm. You are not tricking your brain. You are just using what it does naturally to reach a state where you can visualize what you want. You can now put the forces behind The Law of Attraction to work for you. This is surely the easiest method to harness true mind power.

Will I See Results In Just 6 Minutes After Listening to Mind-Optimizer CDs?

This is a great question I received from a few readers. The short answer is “yes and no”. From the minute you pop in the CDs and hit “play”, the CDs start working to bring your mind to the desired state…whether it is Alpha, Theta, or any other brainwave state. Yes, you will reach your desired state within the 6 minutes, but this is the point at which the magic starts to happen and the “re-programming” of your brain and transforming of your behaviour and habits begins. While you may not “see” results in 6 minutes, you will definitely “feel” the results and “know” that something is happening. Yes, self improvement does take take time, but nothing has been proven to work faster then entrainment.

Effects Of Brainwave Entrainment…

It seems like each day more evidence is surfacing on the beneficial effects of brainwave entrainment. I will post some interesting findings here that I know you will find most useful.

What is interesting to keep in mind is that listening to brainwave entrainment cds is equivalent to performing exercise for the brain. Similar to exercising other muscles in your body, the brain also develops more when exercised on a regular basis. Something to think about…
