Associated Mental State
|
| Beta |
12hz - 38hz |
In this state, you are completely awake. Generally the mental state most people are in when awake during
the day. Although this state itself is normally uneventful, it is nonetheless significant. Most people do not have
sufficient Beta activity, which may be responsible for mental and emotional disorders such as ADD, depression, and Insomnia.
Stimulating Beta activity is shown to improve energy levels, emotional stability, concentration, attentiveness, and
alertness. In many cases, your IQ may even be increased.
|
| Alpha |
8hz - 12hz |
In this state, you are mostly awake, although in a relaxed state where the mind is not processing much
information. You are naturally in this state when you first get up in the morning or just moments before you fall asleep.
Additional Alpha waves are produced by your brain when you close your eyes.
Experienced professionals try to help you reach the Alpha state using various methods, but with the use of
Mind-Optimizer, you are easily and automatically taken into the Alpha state with no effort on your part. The Alpha state is
useful for self-hypnosis, super-learning, and mind-reprogramming, since your mind is extremely receptive and open to suggestions
in this state.

| Theta |
3hz - 8hz |
This is the state you are in when you are in a light sleep or are extremely relaxed.
Similar to the Alpha state, Theta is also useful for self-programming and hypnosis. In Theta state, it is
possible to affect deep, meaningful changes in behaviour.
|
| Delta |
0.2hz - 3hz |
This is the state of deep sleep. Your brainwaves have completely slowed, and there is no dreaming. During this
period of complete unconsciousness, your body is re-setting it's internal clocks and healing itself. |
